hi to everyone im new member and have a lovely 2yr old lab,im looking for a companion for her ,so anyone has any info on where to purchase another please contact me thanks jo

hi to everyone again i now found a lovely companion for my 2 yr old lab doobie ,now have a beautiful 8week old blk puppy,what a bundle of joy she is,although doobbie is is getting rough up but they are bonding well!!!but we have a slight problem we cant think of any suitable girlie names can anyone help???

hello there, where did you get your new puppy from? Is she a rescue girly or did she come from a breeder? How about a nice seasonal name for her, something like Holly :)

there are lots of dog name suggestions here http://www.takingthelead.co.uk/1/dognames.htm we called our black lab Poppy because we initially fostered her and had called 'Puppy puppy' when we wanted her to come. She was also born in November but we didn't know the date - so Poppy Day was as good as any. Pop was also a nickname of my late grandfather and I'm quite sentimental about naming my animals after people. She is such a little minx though that she is often referred to as 'little minx' 'evil pixie' and (when she had a sore leg) the hobblin' goblin :shock:

hi to all ,puppy now called poppy is growing fast a getting more fun each day!!doobie my 2 yr old is very tolerable of the the bundle of trouble!!i may be moving house in the next few weeks and the people have dump their 2 year old black boy lab on me to which i already have 2 bitches so really i cant cope with all three ,hes beautiful in good condition called red ,i agreed cause idont want him dumped or mistreated but i personally can only have 2 dogs there ,council policy,but iwant to help him,being hes lovely and i love labs,hes a chunky boy hes hasnt been doctored but seems to be alovely well behaved boy sits ,gives you a paw ,if only ihadnt got my new pup ,iwould of kept him,hes has pedigree papers and i think his jabs are up to date but will check if i do take him temporary and this is out of my love of labs ,maybe if any one one here is interested of knows of anyone who may one want one please contact im located in hampshire but only let him go to loving home,maybe some one could help

Hi i live in Hants as well, whereabouts are you? I dont understand why they no longer want him. Is he housetrained, child friendly, cat friendly?Does he mind been left, enjoy car travelling ok with others. Is there a piccie. Best wishes Sue x

hi sue yes i believe hes fine in always,but iwill soon find out!!they have very nasty jack russell they want to keep but i think they have money probs and didnt realise how much he cost to feed and he doesnt get walked at all,just very lazy people ,but the times ive been to house hes acted perfectly well to be honest and iwouldnt have any concerns ,please stay in to contact if interest if my house swap goes through will be about feb time ok thanks jo(not far from portsmouth)
