Good vibes for Maxiboy please...
My poor boy went into hospital this morning with a suspected adder bite His leg swelled up to twice it's normal size after we noticed a slight limp on Tuesday evening... His limp seemed to go away, but his leg suddenly swelled up yesterday and we rang the emergency vet last night. The vet said that if he didn't seem too uncomfortable (which he didn't) to bring him in this morning. He spent all of today in the vet's having saline pumped through his system. The venom causes a swelling which is pretty bad, but also it attacks the kidneys, which is why they flush a loiad of saline through the system.... The swelling is spreading a little bit, but his leg is better now. He has to go back into hospital tomorrow for more saline... Please send some good vibes or include Max in your prayers tonight. After losing our Sims, I'm beside myself with worry for my Maxiboy __________________

Good news :) Max is making a really good recovery and we have been allowed to pick him up from hospital this afternoon and take him away for the weekend in his beloved caravan - YAY!!! :)

That's great news! Hope he continues with his speedy recovery and enjoys the caravan weekend. healing thoughts being sent from me and mine...
