O how beautiful. Brings back some lovely memories of our gorgeous Bessie. I shall always have a soft spot in my heart for the black Labrador Here she is when she was still black! (excuse the carpet - early 90's! - eek!)

 Awww...What a beauty ...Lovely silky coat. But pease don't knock the lovely 90's carpet though - mine is still on the floor (ha ha ha!!) One saving grace - doesn't show any stains!

beautiful piccies everyone... can't resist adding one of mine too, of Dexter who isn't very photogenic but looks nice here - no carpet at all though !

Both so gorgeous - looks like you went for the easier option too Elaine - just a quick sweep round with the broom instead of getting the hoover out everyday! Bess never shed much hair but Willow - well don't know why she isn't bald to be honest but she has a really thick coat still! My sofa broke the other week and its got a cast iron frame so not easily moved! Anyway, when the upholsterer came - you should have seen the hair bunnies that had collected under it - just in a couple of days - how embarrassing! O but more was to come, Willow was very interested in trying to pinch his drill so I shut her in the hall and there for all to see was a pair of my loveliest pink lacey knickers on the radiator! Not only was I dirty, I was plain filthy!

They are all beautys! My carpets terrible having only moved here 5 months ago. Think like the rest off the decor its 1960's. Ben sheds his hair for England  I get the Dyson out every day these poor 1960's carpets did know what hit them when we moved in

At least you can say it's not your taste Jean and blame it all on the previous owner!

Def think I'm going for the wood option when my ol carpet gets the elbow - just a sweep with a broom - have to think of the carbon footprint rather than muddy foot prints - he he he!! BTW all of these dogs are so gorgeous, just like Kala (sorry Rufous, close your ears!) Who me?? I'm supporting the 'yellows' ere!! Up the REDS!!
