CAN ANYONE HELP WITH MY 11 YEAR OLD LAB??? COUGHING FITS
Hi i have a 11 almost 12 year old black lab woody... He is the bes-*test*-('") dog ever... About 6 weeks ago he started coughing then he started to bring up flem with it but some times it contained food, the vet treated him for broncitis but ruled this out when it continued after treatment.so then whilst i was away he was poorly so had another vet look at him he wanted to take him and open all his 12/15 lumps he has and take a tissue sample from him, we said no to traumatic for his age... now my vet insists they are only still lypomas nothing more..... but the coughing continues and still at times brings up the flem with it he is now on anti antacids which are helping i think.... i wanted to know if anyone else has had this syptom and can help. he is fine in himself eating,walking etc...
